Please ensure your email address is correct, as we are not responsible for undeliverable products due to incorrect contact information.

4. Refund Policy Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, if an error was made on our part or the product was not delivered as promised, please contact us at contact@geniusforge.io within 7 days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue.
